BIA Capital advises Communications/New Media/Internet-focused companies on a variety of strategies - acquisition, divestiture, recapitalization, refinancing, and company formation - resulting in more than $1 billion in transactions. Our deal sizes range from $5 million up to $200 million.

We are very selective about the number of projects in which we become involved, consciously sacrificing deal volume for quality results. We view our clients as our partners. Our reputation and success relies on our ability to help clients achieve their goals.
